Position: Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager (HR)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Talent Management:
  • Identify, develop, engage and retain talented employees.
  • Create strong performance culture that reinforces the organization's required behaviors and motivate, develop all team members to deliver their full potential.
  • Lead HR team in delivering a HR services for the Group to define service standards, timescales and budgets.
  • Policy Development
  • Formulate / update / amend / review of various policies, procedures, Manuals & Guidelines related to HR management & development in lieu with the law of the land.
  • Performance Management:
  • Research, develop and maintain cost effective, competitive and appropriate reward & benefit programs.
  • Maintain a fair Performance Appraisal practice and educate line managers on how to conduct the performance appraisal with complete fairness and justice.
  • Training & Development:
  • Conduct TNA, designs and implement training plan with input from business heads.
  • Prepare yearly training calendar & budget for training and organize training program accordingly.
  • Organizational Development:
  • Ensure Maximization of Organization efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop & implement successful HR strategies that support long term growth & transformation of Group.
  • Contribute to the wider development and overall success of the Group through proactive working with the Executive Team, strong leadership as well as commercial and financial awareness.
  • Responsible for Group CSR initiatives, plan, monitoring and reporting so that successful execution can be achieved to bring goodwill to the Organization.
  • Human Resources Management System:
  • Monitor proper maintenance of all Employee Database
  • Follow up periodically that all information is up to date.
  • Payroll Management:
  • Monitor to ensure accuracy of Payroll Operation.
  • Compensation & Benefits Management:
  • Conduct periodic salary surveys and lead initiatives for improvement in accordance with the market trend.
  • Suggest inclusion/ exclusion/ review/ amendment of the existing benefits to stay at par with the current standard.
  • Disciplinary Issues:
  • Handling Employee Grievance & Disciplinary Actions.
  • Ensure that all procedures in respect of grievance and discipline are followed in the correct fashion.
  • Guide management for developing, updating and reviewing existing policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines for handling employee grievances in the best possible and appropriate manner.

Educational Requirements: MBA/ Masters preferably in HRM with very good academic track record from reputed institution.

Experience Requirements:

  • 4-6
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Food (Packaged)/Beverage,Group of Companies,Manufacturing (FMCG),
