Position: Manager - Marketing

Job Responsibilities:

  • Look after the Concord Amusement World Foys Lake, Sea World Concord; Foys Lake Resort- Sales & Service related assigned all other task.
  • Prepare quarterly / half yearly & yearly Marketing promotional plan
  • Responsible for achieving monthly sales.
  • To monitor & ensure daily, weekly and monthly sales of all sales point of park.
  • Monitor all kinds of survey report, record sheet, park observation, complimentary guest report & incidents reports if any.
  • Carry out internal promotional activities as and when required.
  • Close monitoring of Visitor comments in the comment books & follow-up for next steps on regular basis.
  • Monitor visitors trend & hourly statues.
  • Ensure outdoor promotional materials maintenance like billboard, signage & others.
  • Carrying out all kinds of event & promotion as per H/O memo.
  • Ensure distribution of flyer & others promotional materials at inside the park.

Educational Requirements: Graduation from a reputed university is preferred. Educational qualification can be relaxed for highly experienced candidate.

Experience Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience.

  • Strong fundamental knowledge on related track , sound technical knowledge on Field maintenance and troubleshooting, knowledge of sales service & business, good analytical skills, strong leadership skill, ability to work in a pressurized environment.

  • Creating web-based information and resources & Monthly mailing database collection & ensure email marketing.
  • Follow-up all sort press releases & Press Adv.
  • Coordinate events, campaigns & carrying out.
  • Handling Sponsor queries.
  • Ensure the distribution of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers, billboard, if any promotional.
  • Carrying out customer surveys to assess demand.
  • Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use.
  • Ensure outdoor promotional materials inside the park like billboard, signage & others.
  • Ensure all kinds of promotion as per H/O memo.
